So yesterday in Beaverton was fabulous….It was a sunny, breezy 75 degree day and made all of us think that the flooding rain had finally stopped. That was until we got up this morning to a total down pour yet again….Is someone building that ARK yet? Back to the yummy stuff, my husband and I wanted to make something that would make us feel like it was summer or at least look like summer in a dish.
