I got this dress from Topshop, and even though it is probably the least weather-appropriate thing I could possibly wear in NYC in February, I am nothing short of obsessed.  And what better for Valentine’s day than a super girly, ruffle-y pink dress?  Well, I can think of one better thing: a girly pink dress with gold accessories and slightly edgy ankle boots.
