I think its time to post more Filipino street foods again. There are new vendors in our neighborhood! LOL!
Suman sa Lihiya is made from glutinous rice treated with lye water, wrapped in banana leaves and boiled for two hours. It is served with freshly grated coconut and sugar on top. Sometimes it also served with latik or coconut milk that has been browned due to extended cooking.
