This is one hell of a yummy plate of pasta. It is my second time making pesto of which the first time failed miserably because we had too much garlic in it and too little basil. But this time round, I make sure everything is adequate before cooking and to make it even more delish, I have added in sun dried tomato and its accompanying oil.
