One of my favourite biscuits from the supermarket is the Hokey Pokey Squiggle. It has a light biscuit base with a honeycomb flavoured buttercream, speckled with crunchy pieces of honeycomb smothered in milk chocolate and finished with a squiggle of yellow chocolate. So of course it didn’t take me long to decide which biscuit I was going to “pimp” for the “Pimp that Biscuit” Competition!
