Sweet Potato Soup by The Culinary Chase

A simple soup to whip up after a cold day.  The health benefits of the sweet potato is surprising with its antioxidant nature (excellent source of vitamin A), anti-inflammatory nutrients, and blood sugar-regulating nutrients.
