I wanted to bake Swiss Roll for the longest but don’t have the chance until now.I have bundle of baking books and looking for soft,spongy and moist Swiss roll but at last I decided to use Fruit Rolled Cake from dailydelicious recipe but alter some ingredients from whipping cream to cheese cream to suit me.Unfortunately I used a much larger cake pan/tray ,that why my cake is too thin doesn’t look attractive and pretty!!
