noodles” being sold at T&T the other day and my first thought was
Taiwanese beef noodle soup.
I absolutely love thick, chewy
noodles in my beef noodle soup.
[js]Our version of
Taiwanese beef noodle soup would have to wait, though, as we can’t seem to get ourselves “mentally prepared” to make it. So, I re-purposed these
noodles for another “taste of Formosa” application.
