Of course it is much faster to just call your local Chinese take-away and order boneless spareribs, but wouldn’t it be nice to make them at home once in a while? I promise that (besides the 24 hour marinating time) these are so simple to make.
I have red food coloring listed as an ingredient to mimic the coloring of the
ribs that you would get from a take-away. By all means feel free to leave the food coloring out. It is not important to the taste of the recipe.
