Not an original idea I am sure. Layers of melted-butter stroked
filo pastry stuffed into a muffin tin. Think I went for three sheets in the end. A little spoonful of caramelised onions goes in next. These came from a jar (A more generous helping of sliced leeks (pre-cook to an edible softness in a little butter) followed by a little left over taleggio
