Ingredients
12 chicken legs
For the 1 st marinade :
12 - 15 flakes garlic1 teaspoon peppercorns1 - inch piece gingerA small piece of raw papayaA pinch of nutmeg powderSalt to taste
Grind together all the ingredients, apply to washed and cleaned chicken legs. Rub well. Keep aside to marinate for 5 to 6 hours.
For 2 nd marinade:
1 cup curd, well beaten in mixer1 tablespoon tomato ketchup2 teaspoon vinegar1 teaspoon red chilli powderA little red color ( optional )Salt to taste1 tablespoon oil
