Tempura the best, and my favorite restaurant has recently changed their batter so I had to make my own
Tempura Zuchinni. I decided while I was at it to make onion rings and mushrooms. Then I opened a package of Phillipino Lumpia and fried those suckers up too, soo yummy!
Tempura Batter
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cups of seltzer water (ice cold)
