This was one of the dishes I made for our boxing day lunch.
Crunchy, springy, succulent
shrimps with rich and sticky
teriyaki sauce.
So easy, so tasty.
Recipe
- 1 box/plate of
shrimps (I used defrosted frozen Thai deshelled
shrimps you can buy from most local supermarkets here, very springy!)
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- a sprig of spring onion, cut into 5cm long chunks
