~ Mary ~ It’s time to attone for all our sinful eating pleasures over the weekend  with a LOT of fish. This is a great Thai recipe.  I found it on Closet Cooking and it has crept into our rotation frequently.  It says to bake, but I’ve found it cooks up quick in a saute pan.  If you have the ingredients it really goes together quickly – serve it with jasmine rice that’s been cooked with chicken broth.   Thai Tilapia Marinade for an hour or just throw it all in (...)
