Had a little internal battle with myself over talking about this recipe or not.  At the risk of making myself the butt of foodie-blogger jokes (??) I have decided the risk is worth it!  It may sound like an abomination, but the truth is, my family really enjoyed this crazy dish.  Funny how things work out.
