Some times in our lives are just more challenging.  Just as I was getting back into the swing of things, I come down with an ear infection.  Dreadful stabbing pain in my ear, ringing, and then finally a burst eardrum.  During the most intense pain, I couldn’t think straight.  Now it’s just an unpleasant ache, but at least I can function. What do you cook though, when you feel so bad?  Surprisingly for me, I felt so horrible I could have gone without food, tho (...)
