A ‘Rhapsody of delight’ is what I said on the review for Nigella’s Juicy Beef Skewers with Horseradish Dip. Sounds a bit OTT right? Maybe, but I really was delighted by these sticks of meat. Made The Lovely Man happy too - he loves meat on a stick. Anyway, I thought it sounded delicious, but that really is an understatement.
