“Name That Price!” This is a simple unwritten rule that needs to be talked about. Unless you are eating at a five star restaurant, all prices will be listed on the menu. Unless you are blind, have a learning disability, or are the age of six and under, you should not be asking the cost of a menu item.  Also please read carefully about substitutions and add ons.
