When I began this blog in 2007, I was a technical trainer.  I did not consider myself a baker, nor did I consider myself a writer (although I wrote lots of corporate training materials).  In 2010, I’d been blogging for three years and I was no longer a technical trainer, but when people (and the voice in my own head) asked what I did for a living, I never knew quite how to answer.  Let me explain… …this is how I roll: I have three jobs.
