Look at that beautiful sea of brown sugar icing! True, the recipe I followed ends up with a pretty snow white finish, but I don’t mind this coffee-hued option as my ‘error’ still resulted in deliciousness, which is, when all is said and done, the most important thing. I say that a lot as very often, unlike some of my fellow bloggers, my recipes end up rustic at best, and downright ugly at times! This time though, there is no shame! I think it’s pretty!
