Rock & Brews, El Segundo’s newest beer garden, is celebrating hoppy beer with its own Rock & Hops IPA Festival. The spacious outdoor patio at Rock & Brews in downtown El Segundo. The IPA Festival – which started earlier this week with a tapping of Strand Brewing Co.’s Atticus – continues this weekend with deals for beer lovers on Friday and Sunday.
