This year, I was lucky to receive the Top Chef Cookbook for Christmas, which is very much appreciated because I love Love LOVE Top Chef! I’m especially thankful for the gift because it certainly has more complex, gourmet-style recipes than most of my cookbook stash (I have a lot of “Get it on the table in 30 minutes” and “Eat more fiber” cookbooks).
