We all love Fabio. We adore his broken English and his darling, bumbling, pasta-making Italian antics. Thus, it was a no-brainer when he won Fan Favorite for “Top Chef: New York.” What shocked the life out of me, though, was that no “Top Scallops” t-shirt was unveiled. You’ve got to be kidding me.
