I have been busting my brain this week to come up with some kind of blueberry thing for this weeks BSI (blogger secret ingredient) hosted by Reeni over at Cinnamon Spice and Everything Nice. I made blueberry fruit leather that I made into some kind of cone and filled with ice cream but the leather was, well leathery and it was a nice cone but a difficult thing to eat. I made a blueberry balsamic vinegar that I served with pork chops but it was so incidental in the blueberry department I scarfed (...)
