This started as an attempt to make healthier krispie treats. Now they don’t taste quite like rice krispie treats, but you do get more nutritional value, they are filling, gluten free, sugar free and cholesterol free. Did I mention they are also addictive and delicious? You can either bake them as a block and cut them in pieces, roll them in ball shape or spread them out more to get them dry and crunchy and use them as cereal or mix them with nuts and make gluten free granola!
