Aren’t these fun?!  I also loved that the recipe was for a small batch (I mixed the whole thing in a 2-cup measuring cup, which I then used to easily pour into my mini-cupcake mold).  As for their deliciousness, I can’t attest because I gave these away before I could have one.  I met up with a few girlfriends for coffee during a weekday lunch break, and took these along; one of them took them back to her office to share with her colleagues.
