This week’s TWD recipe were the Espresso Cheesecake brownies.  Even though this recipe uses a good amount of bowls, it was easy to put together and came together pretty quickly.  I followed the recipe exactly, and absolutely loved the way they came out.  I did omit the sour cream topping – it really just seemed unnecessary to me.  Maybe I’ll try it the next time, but I felt these were so pretty marbled and plenty decadent without the addition of a sour cream topping!
