When getting ready to bake this week’s TWD recipe, the toasted coconut custard tart, I really wished I had an occasion to bake a big tart.  But we didn’t have anybody coming over for dinner, we weren’t visiting anybody’s house .. it was just a quiet weekend with the two of us, which I was thrilled about.  I have a small heart-shaped mini-tart pan, so I made a tiny version of the tart, which I thought came out adorably!
