The first time I had rice pudding was during college, when my now-husband (and back then, not even my boyfriend yet) ordered it for dessert at one of the local restaurants on campus.  I didn’t really get it - pudding, with rice in it?  But I took a taste and really liked it.  It wasn’t too sweet, and had a kiss of cinnamon - it was creamy and comforting.  I think that is one of the only times I’ve ever had rice pudding, and can’t recall ever having it since.  I was (...)
