This recipe was simple enough, but I was a bit perplexed by it as I’ve never used a recipe where the
jam is mixed right into the dough. At first, I thought that the
cookies would have a
jam filling or topping, but the
jam is actually incorporated, giving the cookie a subtle flavor of your fruit of choice.
The dough was very simple to prepare, and these were a quick cookie to make. They really do taste just like biscuits, as
