You know with lots of mole in my house, I just can’t help but go crazy putting it on everything.  My husband loves pizza- he is a total pizza conisseur.  He is of the NYC style pizza camp.  Me- I don’t care- I like it but I am not totally in love with it.  When I made this pizza- he says, “what? you put mole on the pizza?” (how incredulous, how absurd!).
