Finally, the applesauce spice bars . . . errr mini muffins. I finally had a successful trip to the grocery store this afternoon (well, that actually depends on your version of success since my cell phone is still there, and I left without a necessary ingredient for something else — though not for lack of trying) and I had the applesauce with which to make these treats.
