This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie, for me, is really Carmen’s pick for last week. I finally remembered to buy coconut milk at the store. I thought it was a nice, quick cake to put together. I debated over whether or not to go with the plain and simple coconut flavored cake, adding lime, or adding orange. I ended up with orange because I had quite a few oranges to use and only one lime.
