This week’s recipe prompted me to try something new - make Dulce de Leche. Now I could have easily purchased a jar of this gorgeous thick, sweet caramel from my local supermarket, but since I had two cans of condensed milk in the cupboard anyway, I thought why go to the extra expense when I can make my own?
