This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie offering is the
Linzer Sable, a wonderfully delicious cookie made with ground hazelnuts and filled with raspberry jam. I’m sure it’s incredibly delicious.
I’m making an educated guess there, because my version turned out to be quite different from Dorie’s ~ not because I didn’t like her recipe, but because I was missing a few key ingredients (hazelnuts, jam) and decided to improvise.
