Oh, thank goodness. Quick, easy, elegant, and tasty. Those are all pretty good adjectives for a dessert, aren’t they? After some relatively big baking projects, it was nice to whip these up on a busy weeknight. I think, after all the stress I’ve been under at work, that Jessica read my mind.
