I am very grateful to Nancy of The Dogs Eat the Crumbs (gotta love that blog title!) for choosing this week’s TWD recipe. It is a complete winner of a cake called Swedish Visiting Cake. This recipe couldn’t be any easier to make, yet it is the best cake I have made in a long time. Sometimes all I want to eat along with my cup of tea is a nice unfussy cake, nothing too fancy or rich.
