I am always interested in trying out new things, but I have to admit, my heart sank a little when I saw the Translucent Maple Tuilles were this week’s TWD. You see, I know tuilles are almost candy-like and very crisp. I live in Houston, TX, land of humidity and 80 degree days in December.
