This
greek dip is made with
yogurt that is hung in a muslin cloth until it releases all its whey and as a think an creamy consistency. Flavored with garlic, parsely and chilli flakes, makes it a perfect accompaniment. Serve it as an appetizer, along with a meal, spread or just like that, its sure to make your meal linger on.
