1 cup ( 200 g ) raw or boiled rice1 cup (125 g ) grated coconut ( pick tender coconut )1/4 cup water1 teaspoon jeera ( cumin seeds ) - Jeera is the special ingredients which enhances taste and flavor )1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )1/2 teaspoon oil ( to grease )
