Having been sent a rather splendid KitchenAid Blender… hankering after one of their food mixers but beggers can’t be choosers and all that… thought I had better try it out. A small recipe book arrived too and included a recipe for a fruit smoothie. One decent way to up the fruit intake and, I have to say, was damn tasty.
