Ingredients:1/2 oz unflavored powdered gelatin1/2 cup cold water2 cups granulated sugar2/3 cup corn syrup1/4 cup water1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 vanilla bean confectioners’ sugar for dredging Directions: In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water.
