My neighbour gave me some tomatoes from their garden and my own garden also produce some nice red tomatoes .Well, what to do with all the tomatoes ?. It’s been awhile I cook vegetables curry,so I decided to cook some curry vegetables for myself but luckily that day my friends come to visit me from NYC and help me finish half pot of the curry .Too bad I didn’t grow my own okra,so I get some okra from Indian store nearby.I make my own curry paste instead of getting the ready prepacked (...)
