Vermicelli kheer (Vermicelli payasa) by Indian cooking made easy

What you will need: Vermicelli - 1 cup Milk - 3 cups Sugar - 3/4 cups Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Ghee - 2 tbsp Dry fruits - raisins, cashews, chopped almonds and pistachios How to prepare Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
