I was eating japanese cuisine with my mum when I decided to make wasabi cheesecakes!   Fresh wasabi from Shizuoka.  I bought it at CK Tang’s Isetan     When I showed it to my dad, he was kinda excited. He said “we go buy salmon!” and my reaction was like “sorry. its for my cake ” HAHAHA!!   so i grind the whole wasabi into my cream cheese mixture….. the green looks very natural =D       i was trying out different ways of presenting it. h (...)
