Siri from Siri’s Corner is hosting Weekend Herb Blogging and this week I’ve found some rather unusual radish This is a Spanish Black Radish - they come in either round or these elongated forms. Though the skin is dark, the flesh is pure white. You don’t peel them, just wash them well to remove any dirt and they will be fine.
