Hope everyone had a safe & happy holiday weekend here in the States. Matt & I are back from a trip to visit his family in Michigan. We had a fabulous turkey roasted with fresh sage leaves on top. Everyone loved eating the crispy sage “chips” off the turkey before it was carved. Since they were so popular my mother-in-law says next year she’ll add a bunch more.
