I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. We went out of town for Easter so all the cooking was in my sister’s hands & oh, did she feed us well. City ham for dinner with sweet potato crisp & roasted vegetables for dinner & then the next day breakfast casserole, sweet rolls, waffles & fruit.
