Two weekends ago, the Kocks family commemorated Thanksgiving in Mama Else´s beautiful garden by harvesting leftover from last summer season. There were some apples, strawberries but not much that we can do anything with it later, really, some swiss chards and the highlight of the day were the grapes. Small, firm and juicy white grapes of wine making quality. There must be more than 5kg or more that we harvested as it soon filled up not one, but three baskets of the size of 2 shoeboxes each.
