This week for our HBinFive Bread Braid we made Gluten-free Bread. I have to say that this was the strangest bread recipe I’ve ever made and I’ve made quite a bit of bread! The bread did not taste badly at all and was actually good toasted with lots of butter and if we were having guests that had a wheat restrictive diet, I would not hesitate to make this bread!
